Receptionist
The Ammons Law Firm, a high-profile, AV-rated law firm in Houston, seeks a professional and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and fluent in both Spanish and English.
We will be holding an open interview from 8am-6pm on Friday, July 10, 2026. Our office is located at 3700 Montrose Blvd, Houston, Texas 77006. Please bring your resume with you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in person and by phone
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Business casual dress required
- In-office position five days a week from 7:45am until after 5:00pm
Schedule: Full-Time, $22.00 DOE/hr.
