In this role, you will support advisors by preparing and maintaining financial plans, coordinating client needs, and helping drive an exceptional client experience.
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about financial planning and enjoys working in a structured, team-focused environment.
Position Overview
This role works closely with financial planners to support the financial planning process and overall client experience. Responsibilities focus on financial plan preparation, data accuracy, meeting coordination, and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial plans using eMoney and other planning tools
- Enter, update, and audit client data within financial planning software
- Update account balances and maintain accurate account aggregation
- Review client-submitted materials (insurance, benefits, expenses, income, mortgage details, etc.) for accuracy and completeness
- Schedule client review meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and follow-up items for advisors
- Coordinate client service requests and ongoing follow-up communication
- Gather, organize, and maintain client financial documents and records
- Monitor financial plans for missing information, inconsistencies, or needed updates
- Assist in improving workflows and internal processes to enhance efficiency and client experience
- Prepare reports for client meetings and internal use
- Support special projects and additional planning-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services or financial planning support (required)
- Hands-on experience with eMoney (required)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 license preferred
- Familiarity with investment products and financial planning concepts
- Experience with CRM systems and financial technology tools
