II. ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in carrying food to tables on tray and/or by hand by course in front of each person
- Sets up the expo station
- Sets up the salad station and replenishes dressings
- Informs the BOH of low stock items that need re-ordering (dressings, salsa, guacamole, fruit)
- Breaks down the Expo line at the end of the shift
- Restocks underline plates and doilies
- Wipes down all trays pre, during and post shift
- Assists in calling tickets during slow times
- May assist banquet personnel in setting up, serving and cleaning up after banquet functions
- Help to maintain fully stocked buffet
- Other duties as assigned
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Demonstrated polished, professional appearance and presentation
- Demonstrated organization and coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines and ability to multi-task in a sporadic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
- Strong reasoning ability and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills to a wide variety of constituents
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist, crawl, climb, clean, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to handle hot and cold interior and exterior conditions and exposure to dust, fumes and gases
- Must be able to work in close proximity to moving machinery
- Independent mobility
