Job Description
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
- Arrive to work on time, consistently.
- Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
- Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
- Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
- Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized work environment.
- Follow all directions and processes in place.
- Communicate with all internal and external customers efficiently.
- Properly rotate all mis en place.
- Clean and maintain equipment properly.
- Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
- Execute all food order deliveries to the correct tables and areas.
- Stock the line with plates and bowls and any other utensils needed for the day.
- Organize and set up work station fast and efficiently.
- Rotate, label and date all food on stations.
- Check all Jonas paper in all machines before service.
- At end of each shift provide Chef with a list of products and jobs needed for the next shift.
- Check out with Dining Room Manager before leaving.
- Perform any other jobs that will assist in quality member and guest service as assigned by Dining Room Manager or Chef.
