ERP Support Specialist

Full-time Description

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused ERP Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for our ERP system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting users across departments with troubleshooting, training, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for ERP users, resolving issues related to system functionality, data integrity, and user access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Assist in ERP system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation.
• Support data imports, exports, and reporting needs.
• Escalate complex issues to ERP vendors or internal technical teams as needed.
  
  

This team is based in South Bend, Indiana. Applicants from the area are welcome to apply The position is open to applicants that live within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our other locations, as well. Please keep in mind, there will be some occasional travel for ERP group meetings and team events in South Bend.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience using or supporting ERP systems (e.g., SYSPRO, Acumatica, NetSuite, Dynamics 365).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SQL, report writing tools, or scripting languages is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with accounting, supply chain, or manufacturing modules within ERP systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Project management or change management experience.
