Interview Process

Selected applicants will participate in a practical room walkthrough. Rather than relying only on traditional interview questions, we'll ask you to walk through a guest room and tell us what you notice before a guest arrives. We may also discuss how you would organize your workday to maintain exceptional quality while working efficiently. We believe the best housekeepers demonstrate their skills through observation, organization, pride in their work, and an efficient, well-planned workflow.
