Key Responsibilities
User Experience & Design
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Design intuitive workflows for complex, multi-persona applications.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from stakeholders and end users.
- Build and maintain scalable design patterns and interaction models.
- Reduce UX debt by driving consistency across the platform.
- Partner with Product Owners to translate requirements into user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with UX Engineering to ensure designs are implemented consistently in Storybook.
- Work with Frontend Engineering teams (Angular and React) to validate interactions and usability.
- Participate in design reviews and feature refinement sessions.
- Design experiences that support multiple user personas and workflows.
- Establish reusable patterns that scale across the product.
- Ensure consistency across states, interactions, forms, tables, dialogs, notifications, and navigation.
Requirements
- Relevant BS 5 years of Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma.
- Experience designing complex SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Healthcare, life sciences, or medical imaging experience.
- AI/ML or data-intensive applications.
- Storybook familiarity.
- Angular or React ecosystem exposure.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience supporting technical users such as researchers, clinicians, or data scientists.
