UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape innovative design solutions across multiple platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge design systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reusable components and patterns within design systems using Figma.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to ensure consistency and usability across digital products.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and scalability within the design system.
• Create and maintain documentation and best practices to support successful adoption of design assets.
• Participate in design reviews and governance processes to uphold system quality.
• Support accessibility standards and responsive design best practices across web and mobile platforms.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and workflows to enhance design efficiency.
  
  
  

Skills

• 5 years of experience in UX Design, particularly with design systems.
• Proficient in Figma, including components, variants, and libraries.
• Strong understanding of design systems and scalable design practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design systems across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with design tokens and system governance processes.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools and automation workflows.
