Hospitality House Manager

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented House Manager to help care for our vacation rentals in Woodland Park and surrounding areas.

This is much more than cleaning we’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and treating the home as if it were their own.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed turnover cleanings between guests
• Wash and replace all linens and towels
• Restock amenities and supplies
• Inspect the home for damages or maintenance needs
• Ensure every room is staged to luxury hospitality standards
• Report maintenance issues immediately
• Perform occasional light property maintenance
• Help keep outdoor spaces guest-ready
• Occasionally assist with special projects around the property

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is dependable and trustworthy
• Has exceptional attention to detail
• Takes initiative without constant supervision
• Enjoys creating beautiful, welcoming spaces
• Has reliable transportation A car that can get around in the snow
• Can lift up to 40 lbs
• Can work weekends when needed
• Previous Airbnb, hotel, or residential cleaning experience is a plus

Pay

• Pay is based on each home - Some areas of hourly for extra runs etc
• Bonuses available for outstanding performance
• Flexible scheduling
