About The Alloy Market
The Alloy Market is building the most trusted marketplace for pre-loved gold jewelry.
Our mission is to create financial opportunity through the fair and transparent exchange of gold, jewelry, and other precious metals. Every day, we help customers unlock the value of the jewelry they no longer wear while giving those same pieces a second life through our growing Marketplace.
As one of the fastest-growing startups in the industry, we’re building a technology-enabled business that combines operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and an exceptional client experience to modernize an industry that has remained largely unchanged for decades.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Jewelry Marketplace Operations Coordinator to support our growing e-comm marketplace and fulfillment operations. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketplace to keep the jewelry resale program running smoothly, from tagging and cataloging new jewelry inventory and posting inventory on online marketplaces for sale, to supporting live shows, coordinating fulfillment, and ensuring resale-ready items move accurately through Alloy’s process.
This is a hands-on, process-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working with jewelry, and can multitask across operational and logistical functions. You’ll play a key part in making sure every item that enters or leaves Alloy is properly tracked, represented, and fulfilled with care.
Because this role involves handling valuable items and working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, trust, precision, and follow-through are essential. Flexibility and the willingness to take on other duties as assigned is key.

- Photograph and list items for resale platforms (e.g., eBay, Poshmark, Whatnot) as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Fulfillment & Logistics
- Package and ship sold items promptly and accurately.
- Assist in coordinating product flow between Alloy’s resale room, operations area, and live sale zones.
Customer Service & Live Show Support
- Respond to customer messages and inquiries on resale platforms (e.g., eBay).
- Assist live show hosts and operators with product handoffs, labeling, and time-sensitive tasks during broadcasts.
- Help organize post-show reconciliation and ensure inventory is correctly updated afterward.
