Senior Financial Analyst needed for newly created role to support booming PE-backed business based out of DC. Reporting to the Director of FP&A with a dotted line to the CFO, the Senior Financial Analyst will be a critical addition to the team to support financial modeling and reporting to a new PE sponsor that they brought on in late 2025.
They work 2-3 days/wk hybrid in metro-accessible DC.
Mentorship and upward mobility is to be expected as the CFO has a reputation for developing his staff and grooming them for growth.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (or similar field of study)
- 5 years experience in corporate FP&A
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule in DC
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
