Barista and Kitchen Staff

Who We Are
We are seeking a passionate team member to work both in front of the house as Boba Barista and also on the back as Kitchen staff, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee/bubble tea/deserts and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced bubble tea environment.

What You Will Be Doing
· Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.

· Customize drinks based on customer preferences, including sweetness level and toppings.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

· Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area and serving counter.

· Maintain inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed. Accurately process all cash and credit card payments.

· Operate and maintain boba tea-making equipment, such as blenders, tea brewers, and sealing machines.

· Follow recipes and all food safety guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation (Brew Tea, Cook Tapioca Pearls, Chop Fruits and prepare other ingredients as needed).

· Kitchen Duties: brew teas, prepare tapioca; taro balls and pudding; chop fruits, and cleaning

Who We Recruit
· Full time, or part time with minimum 15 hrs per week committed.

· Committed to work evenings (5pm – 10pm), weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Committed to stay employed with us for at least 6 months.

· Love bubble tea and coffee or open to try!

· High integrity with good attendance record.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

· Energetic and great customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.

· Great attitude and willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Must have a Snohomish County Food Worker Card after hire.

· Legally authorized to work in US.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
