We are currently looking for a Kitchen Prep to join our team. This role is essential to preparing appetizers, hot kitchen items, and other menu staples while ensuring quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Pay & Training
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Includes 2 weeks of paid training.
- Note: This position includes a 2-week probationary period to ensure a good fit for both the candidate and the team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare kitchen appetizers, sauces, and other menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Assist with daily food prep to ensure freshness and quality throughout the day.
- Maintain food inventory, manage portions, and minimize waste.
- Strictly follow Washington State food safety laws and regulations at all times.
- Adhere to all restaurant policies and operational procedures.
- Ensure all food is prepared within proper safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Properly handle and maintain kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances.
- Clean and sanitize work areas during and after shifts.
- Support and collaborate with chefs and team members in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements & Skills
- Must provide a valid Washington State Food Worker Card (Food Handler Card).
- Must be respectful toward team members and guests at all times.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation.
