Responsibilities include:
Patient assessment, education, phone triage.
General nursing duties.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be professional, highly organized, and detail oriented.
Able to multi-task efficiently and perform in a fast paced environment.

Requirements:
Current Indiana RN Licensure
