Your Role & Impact
As an RN at Three Rivers Health, you will be at the heart of patient care, making a real difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
🔹 Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in alignment with provider instructions.
🔹 Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
🔹 Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-care instructions.
🔹 Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control measures.
🔹 Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
✔ 1 years of nursing experience (preferred, but new grads welcome!)
✔ BLS/CPR certification (required)
✔ ACLS, PALS (preferred for ED and ICU positions)
✔ Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and respond to emergencies with confidence
