Position: Cook - Kitchen Crew Member

Starting Pay: $18/hr - $21.00/hr
Availability: You must be available to be scheduled 7 days a week from 5:30am-3pm

The Role: We're looking for a solid cook who knows their way around a flat-top and can hold it together when the rush hits. Short-order background is a big plus. You'll be moving fast, managing multiple tickets at once, and turning out consistent plates from open to close.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up, running, and breaking down your station every shift
- Cooking eggs to order, breakfast meats, pancakes, burgers, sandwiches — the works
- Keeping tickets moving so full tables land together
- Handling modifications and on-the-fly requests without missing a beat
- Keeping your station clean throughout the shift — grill scraped, surfaces wiped
- Helping with light prep, inventory and maintaining dishes during slower stretches
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years on a line or short-order setup (diner or high-volume breakfast experience is a real plus)
- Comfortable on a flat-top and solid on the basics — knife skills, portioning, timing
- Physically up for it: on your feet all shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, keeping pace under pressure
- Knows food safety — proper rotation, cross-contamination, keeping a clean station
- Communicates well on the line and doesn't need hand-holding
- Reliable, on time, and available for mornings, weekends, and holidays
