Duties
- Assist with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients using proper knife skills and food handling techniques
- Support cooking processes by following recipes and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Prepare ingredients and dishes efficiently to meet service times while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sanitizing workstations and equipment regularly
- Help with food service operations by plating dishes, managing food portions, and supporting catering events when needed
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Qualifications
