A growing legal team in Indiana is looking for an Employee Benefits Attorney who is experienced, proactive, and passionate about advising clients on complex benefits and compensation matters. This role offers the ability to work onsite part of the time, with flexibility for a partial remote schedule.
What you'll Do
- Counsel clients on a wide range of employee benefits issues, including retirement plans, health and welfare programs, executive compensation, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and update plan documents, SPDs, and related materials
- Assist clients in interactions with federal agencies and support responses to regulatory inquiries.
- Stay informed on ERISA, IRS regulations, and evolving benefits-related laws to proactively guide clients.
What They're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Meaningful experience in employee benefits law (4 years preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and related regulations.
- Clear, professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively while working both independently and with a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and client service.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
