Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Atlanta, GA. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for advising and assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating transactions, and managing property listings. The Consultant will also be involved in networking, generating leads, and providing training to junior agents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience and 6 closings
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
- Experience in providing Training to junior agents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Valid real estate license
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
