As our business continues to grow, we are looking to add a licensed real estate professional to our team in a hybrid role that combines real estate sales with executive-level support.
This is not a traditional assistant position.
We’re looking for someone who loves real estate, enjoys being in the middle of the action, and wants a front-row seat to the marketing, negotiations, client experience, and operations that drive a high-performing luxury real estate business.
Responsibilities would include:
• Assisting with schedules and client coordination
• Property showings and high net worth client support
• Listing preparation and marketing execution
• Event and client experience coordination
• Transaction support and communication
• General day-to-day support across our growing business
The ideal candidate is licensed, has some experience selling real estate, is highly organized, energetic, polished, and eager to learn.
Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary plus bonus and commission opportunities tied to the success of the team and participation in transactions.
You’ll have a front-row seat to some of Northeast Ohio’s most prestigious luxury properties and high-level real estate transactions. From touring multimillion-dollar homes to seeing firsthand how a successful real estate business operates behind the scenes, this is a unique opportunity to gain experience that most agents spend years trying to access.
