W-2 Nurse Injector Job Description
Position Title: Nurse Injector (W-2 Employee)
Location: The Aesthetic Co Medspa
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Position Summary
The Nurse Injector is responsible for providing safe, high-quality aesthetic medical treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role includes performing consultations, administering injectable treatments, educating patients, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with the medical director and team to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other medical aesthetic treatments within scope of practice.
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare.
- Obtain informed consent and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
- Follow all Tennessee nursing regulations, standing orders, and medical director protocols.
- Maintain infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Assist with patient follow-up and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the med spa team to create a positive patient experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education.
- Contribute to social media, marketing initiatives, promotions, and community events when requested.
- Help achieve individual and practice revenue goals while maintaining ethical patient care.
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN or APRN license in good standing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience with cosmetic injectables preferred (training available for the right candidate if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
