About The Role

We are seeking two QA Engineers to support one of our clients in the financial services / wealth management space. In this role, you will perform manual and automated testing across web-based applications, partner closely with Agile team members, and help strengthen quality practices across sprint cycles and releases.

You’ll be hands-on with test planning, execution, defect triage, and regression testing—while also contributing to building and expanding automated regression coverage. This is a great opportunity for a QA professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated tests following established QA processes and standards
• Build strong functional knowledge of assigned applications/modules to test effectively and confidently
• Collaborate with Agile team members to create test plans, test cases, and test data for sprint work
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and support the team in completing on-time releases
• Perform regression testing and help develop/expand automated regression suites for web applications
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and helpful technical context
• Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment
• Communicate test results, risks, and quality trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 4–5 years of application testing experience using both manual and automated approaches
• Experience testing web-based applications using automated test tools (any modern framework/tools acceptable)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working within sprint-based delivery
• Extensive experience with T-SQL (writing, analyzing, and validating data through queries)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or broader financial services environments
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Exposure to building scalable automation strategies and maintaining reliable regression coverage
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
