Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Treasury & Risk Management to oversee the company’s retirement plans governance, investment management relationships, and corporate risk programs. This role is responsible for oversight of our defined benefit pension plan, 401(k) plan, and other retirement programs, while also managing the company’s corporate insurance portfolio. The Director will partner with external consultants and internal leaders to safeguard plan assets, manage enterprise risk exposures, and ensure compliance with fiduciary and regulatory requirements.
The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, onsite at our location in El Segundo, CA campus.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee governance and administration of the company’s defined benefit pension plan, 401(k) plan, and other retirement programs, ensuring fiduciary compliance and alignment with employee needs.
- Manage relationships with external investment consultants and asset managers, providing oversight of investment strategy, performance, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive corporate insurance program, including property, casualty, liability, and specialty coverages.
- Evaluate adequacy of insurance coverage, coordinate renewals, and ensure policies support operational and strategic risk needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess and mitigate enterprise risk exposures.
- Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership on retirement plans, investments, and insurance matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and reporting requirements (ERISA, DOL, IRS, SEC, etc.).
What You Need to be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 10 years of progressive experience in treasury, pension/retirement plan management, corporate finance, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of defined benefit and defined contribution plan governance, investment oversight, and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Experience managing corporate insurance programs and negotiating with insurers/brokers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external consultants, advisors, and service providers effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial information for executive audiences.
