Position Summary:
The Quality Control Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance across our operations. This position is responsible for reviewing claim processing, payments, billing, and IT tickets to ensure all work meets established quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Evaluate and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure operational excellence
· Develop and implement sampling procedures for auditing work quality
· Review claims, payments, billing, and IT tickets for accuracy and compliance
· Process client payments within established SLA timelines while ensuring adherence to fraud prevention protocols
· Ensure adherence to client requirements, internal policies, and SLA commitments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe programs
· Basic understanding of accounting principles
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy
