What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Finance Analyst position at The Adecco Group?
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing client in the Murfreesboro, TN area to find a full-time Project Financial Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets and financial plans for projects, production, or departments.
- Track actual expenses, analyze variances, and assess overall financial performance.
- Assist with forecasting, provide short- and long-term financial projections, scenario modeling, and recommendations.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and insights for management to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and profitability optimization.
- Work with operations, engineering, procurement, and leadership to align financial and operational plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or project-driven environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/ERP systems.
