Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing / Process Engineer with industry experience to join our team. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on the plant floor
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
- Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate the production process and evaluate potential changes
Key Requirements
- Education: BS Degree in Engineering (Materials Engineering background strongly preferred).
- Core Experience:
- 3–10 years of hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience.
- Background in materials science, metal casting, brazing, or wax injection tooling/injection molding.
- Demonstrated experience with process validation.
- Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), CMM, and gaging.
- Experience with fixture and gage design.
Salary : $40 - $55
