Responsibilities for a Customer Master Data Analyst include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy of contract membership, eligibility status, and account information across multiple systems.
- Verify contract pricing, membership eligibility, and customer segmentation within Revenue Manager, SAP, and related business platforms.
- Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies and account inconsistencies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Process customer account changes including additions, deletions, transfers, and updates throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders to support contract and membership data processes.
Candidates for Customer Master Data Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical operations, data analysis, customer account management, or contract administration within the Biopharmaceutical/biotechnology sector.
- Experience working with customer master data, eligibility verification, or contract-related data processes.
- Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze, validate, and manage large datasets accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00/hour (based on experience)
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
