What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager position at The Adecco Group?
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Manager to join their corporate leadership team in DeKalb County, TN.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Driving quality improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L accountability.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements
- Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
- Leading Kaizen and manager meetings on a daily basis.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns
- Overseeing internal audits and ensuring compliance with IATF standards
- Providing direction, training, and mentoring to direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7 years of QA/QC experience within a manufacturing environment.
- 4 years of leadership experience required. Multi-site management experience is strongly preferred
- Automotive manufacturing background required
- Strong knowledge of quality documentation, mechanical aptitude and understanding of root cause analysis, GD&T, and similar functions.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
