One of our valued clients in the flexible packaging industry is seeking a detail-oriented Laminator Operator to join their production team. If you have machine operating experience, enjoy working with adhesives and substrates, and are looking for a long-term role with room to grow, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix adhesives according to formulas and verify quantities needed for each job

• Set up and operate the laminator and lathe machine per job specifications

• Interpret job orders accurately and follow SQF cleanliness standards

• Handle raw material rolls, impression rollers, and substrates as required

• Ensure proper labeling and use of hazardous waste containers

• Monitor quality, report safety issues, and communicate concerns immediately

• Provide break coverage and perform other tasks as assigned

• Participate in safety and quality programs, including 5Star, SPS, and team audits

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience (laminator preferred)

• Comfortable working with and measuring chemicals

• Ability to read a ruler/tape measure and perform basic math

• Strong work ethic and excellent attendance history

• Willingness to work in an industrial/dirty environment

• Detail-focused and safety-minded with a team-player attitude

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, 12-hour shifts available

• Day Shift: $21.10/hour

• Night Shift: $23.10/hour
