Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kid Zone After School Program Staff member to join our team in. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children after school hours. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a strong desire to positively influence their development, and the ability to facilitate youth group activities. The position is paid and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners through supervision and activity facilitation.
Duties
- Supervise children during after school hours to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Facilitate engaging youth group activities that promote social, emotional, and educational development.
- Implement age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities aligned with program goals.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and teamwork.
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute daily activities and special events.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress or concerns.
- Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to established policies and procedures.
