Responsibilities
- Use AMS curriculum standards to teach students above and below grade level through differentiated instruction
- Attend weekly professional development sessions and collaborate in grade-level or content-area professional learning communities
- Communicate effectively with parents and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to promote student progress and achievement
- Collaborate with administrators and staff to create a positive, supportive learning environment that addresses academic and behavioral needs
- Use measurable data to monitor and enrich student progress with visible results
- Work collaboratively with school and network teams to improve instructional practices and ensure ongoing academic success
- Use PBIS and preventative intervention strategies to guide students in developing social and emotional skills essential for lifelong learning
- Passion for helping Title I and ESL students in underserved communities achieve academic success
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction
- Adaptability and willingness to implement a rigorous, proven curriculum
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and work as part of a high-performing team

- Base salary: $48,331.25 – $54,571.88 year-round (DOE)
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
- Free medical, dental, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance (valued at $5,328)
- Optional low-cost vision insurance
- Performance bonuses averaging $2,200 per year (up to $3,400)
- Relocation stipends of up to $5,000 for eligible candidates
- Professional development and coaching throughout the school year
- Additional stipends averaging $2,300 for afterschool intervention/tutoring and $2,000 for leading clubs or sports
