Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet events from start to finish
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication
- and seamless service
- Collaborate with culinary, banquets, and operations teams to deliver high-
- quality experiences
- Work directly with clients to create detailed and accurate Banquet Event Orders
- (BEOs) that bring their vision to life
- Ensure guest satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues that arise
Qualifications
- Previous experience in banquet or event management (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Compensation
$55,000 - $60,000 yearly
