What are the responsibilities and job description for the Party Helpers and Nerf Referees position at The 422 SportsPlex?
Are you outgoing, good with kids, and passionate about sports? We are hiring party hosts and nerf referees for children's birthday parties!
As a party host, you are responsible for party room set-up/clean-up, running the selected activities (field/court sports or nerf games), assisting in the party room, and bringing the FUN that makes a party memorable! Party hosts must be friendly, have a positive attitude, and provide excellent customer service.
As a nerf referee, you will oversee and officiate the nerf game during a nerf party. You are responsible for field set-up/clean-up, sanitization of nerf supplies, and bringing the ENERGY that will make their nerf battle epic!
Parties are typically booked on weekends (Friday nights or Saturday/Sunday) so consistent weekend availability is a must.
No experience necessary! We will train you on the skills needed to provide a positive party experience!
Pay is $15/hr and you can earn tips for excellent customer service.
