Part-Time Weekend Manager — The 422 Sportsplex
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Start: Immediately
Location: The 422 Sportsplex (Pottstown, PA)
About the role:
The 422 Sportsplex is looking for a reliable, energetic Weekend Manager to oversee facility operations on Saturdays and Sundays. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being around sports and people, and wants to take on leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced, team environment.
Schedule:
- Saturdays: generally 8:00 am–4:00 pm
- Sundays: generally 10:00 am–6:00 pm
- Please note: hours may vary slightly depending on events and league schedules.
If you’re available for both days, great. If you can only work one of the two days, we still encourage you to apply.
What you’ll do:
- Provide excellent customer service and handle registrations/payments
- Manage leagues: keep games on schedule, update scores, and solve issues
- Supervise referees and coaches on shift
- Open and close the building, including keys, alarms, and shift reports
- Ensure the facility stays game-ready throughout the day with light touch-ups (sweeping, tidying, quick resets.

- Dependability and confidence making decisions in real time
- Experience in sports, recreation, or customer-facing roles a plus (but not required)
