Compensation:$75,000 base 10% performance bonus (Total Comp: $84,000) full benefits

We’re looking for a paid media assassin with precision targeting and client finesse for a high-paced agency setting. You know how to scale campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok — and how to keep HIPAA happy while doing it.
Bonus: you can explain ROAS without making anyone feel dumb.
What you’ll bring:
- Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
- Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads chops (acquisition retargeting)
- Experience in healthcare or medical marketing — you know what not to say
- Experience in D2C consumer brands – you know how to sell stuff online
- Patient, clear communicator — can explain ad strategy to non-marketers
- Conversion-focused mindset — every click and dollar accounted for
- CRM know-how — especially Salesforce (lead flow, campaign tracking, integrations)
- Sharp testing instincts (audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages)
- Reporting muscle (GA4, UTM strategy, dashboards that actually make sense)
- Light WordPress skills — install pixels, hook up GA, sync with Salesforce
- Working knowledge of SEO — just enough to collaborate, not keyword-stuff
- Comfortable briefing creative teams and flagging weak assets

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5 years SEO/Paid Ads experience
- Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and changing environment
- Proven experience creating and managing successful paid ad campaigns, with a focus on driving conversions and ROI
- Strong copywriting skills and experience creating ad copy that resonates with target audiences
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- A spunky attitude and constant curiosity to learn

- Proficiency in SEO, GEO, and other AI tools
- Google Ads Certification
