Position Purpose:
We are searching for a qualified and detail-oriented line cook who can operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment, while multi-tasking and maintaining a positive attitude. As a THB cook, you will be responsible for expertly preparing each menu item according to our proven recipe and specifications to ensure a consistent product and guest experience.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
Prepare and maintain clean, sanitized and neatly arranged workstations
Complete all assigned prep-work accurately and efficiently
Present all food products to meet THB standards and specifications
Store and handle all food and equipment to meet safety regulations
Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at the end of shift

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Able to work quickly and accurately
Proven work ethic, punctual
Prior short order cooking experience a plus
Basic English reading and writing skills
Experience in knife skills and/or different cooking techniques is a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with access to kitchen equipment in tight quarters.
Slip resistant shoes are the standard for the team
Warm and humid conditions (oven and boiler) to be expected for long durations
Physical Activity:

Must have the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time. Bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs) are also required.
