Thaxton Holistic Wellness Center & Counseling Solutions is an established and steadily growing private practice with 8 locations throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania, including Scranton (3 locations), Moscow, Hawley, Clarks Summit, Dunmore, and Forty Fort.
Our practice provides:
- Individual counseling
- Couple counseling
- Family counseling
- Group therapy
- Art Therapy, Play Therapy, EMDR, Brain Spotting, and other modalities
In addition, Thaxton Holistic Wellness Center (228 S. Main Ave., Scranton) offers holistic wellness services including:
- Nutritional counseling
- Massage therapy
- Yoga
- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
- Reiki
- Meditation
- Wellness workshops and community events
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team. Multiple full-time and part-time openings are available across several locations.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, couple, and group counseling services
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Support clients in developing healthy coping skills and emotional wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals
- Participate in consultation and professional development opportunities
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards at all times
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LPC or LCSW license required
- Experience providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for holistic, client-centered care
