Thatch is a fashion jewelry brand located in Point Loma's Liberty Station. With a growing and thriving e-commerce and wholesale business, we need a dedicated fulfillment and customer service associate.
Responsibilities
Looking for assistance with the following tasks, including but not limited to:
- E-commerce online order fulfillment
- Packaging product for order fulfillment
- Receive incoming shipments
- Online and phone customer service (cross training)
- Process online returns (cross training)
- Quality control incoming products
- Manual inventory counting
- Aide in cleaning and organizing back stock area
Skills and Qualities
We are looking for an individual who has the following skills and qualities:

- Works well both alone and in a team environment
- Takes direction well
- Shopify experience encouraged by not required
