Your mission is to create meaningful connections, strengthen existing relationships, and keep That One Inspector top of mind throughout the Clarksville market. If you're energized by networking, community involvement, and helping businesses grow, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, lenders, title companies, builders, and other industry professionals.
- Visit real estate offices throughout your territory to stay connected and provide value.
- Attend networking events, open houses, community events, and industry functions.
- Schedule and host coffee meetings and lunches with current and prospective referral partners.
- Deliver marketing materials, client appreciation gifts, and educational resources.
- Coordinate office presentations, Lunch & Learns, and continuing education opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with your network to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to execute growth initiatives and campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships throughout the territory.
- Represent That One Inspector with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Qualifications
Preferred:
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, title, insurance, construction, or another relationship-driven industry.
- Business development, customer service, account management, or networking experience.
Required:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
A real estate background is a plus—but not required. We're willing to train the right person who has the right attitude and passion for building relationships.
