Compensation
Candidates selected to move forward must attend our mandatory Holiday Lighting Boot Camp & Skills Assessment on two consecutive Saturdays in early September. Final hiring decisions are made after Boot Camp. Even if you're not selected, you'll leave with valuable hands-on training.
Schedule
Construction, roofing, gutters, holiday lighting, tree service, exterior painting, landscape lighting, electrical work, or lift operation. Lift operator certification is a plus but not required.

- Target earnings of $25–35 /hour through our production pay system.
- Top performers often earn $1,000–$2,000 per week during peak season.
- 10% sales commission on upsells and new customers you generate.
- $500 End-of-Season Bonus for employees who remain in good standing through January 31, 2027.

Schedule
- Season begins October 1, 2026.
- Peak season: October 31–December 20.
- Takedowns continue through January 31, 2027.
- Expect 5–6 workdays per week.
- Typical workdays are 8–10 hours, plus travel time.
- Sundays are generally off, although occasional commercial installations may be scheduled.
- Thanksgiving Day is the only guaranteed holiday off during the installation season.
- Company uniforms.
- Company vehicles during the workday.
- Professional ladders, lifts, tools, and equipment.
- Hands-on training and ongoing coaching.
- 21 years or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation to the daily crew meeting location.
- Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights.
- Physically able to lift and carry equipment.
- Available for the full October–January season and mandatory September Boot Camp.
