Our Lake Lanier location is building a high-performance team focused on strong customer experience, efficient operations, and consistent growth.
We are hiring an Office & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of scheduling, customer communication, and job flow. This role is critical to how the business runs day-to-day and directly impacts revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This is not a passive admin role. You will be responsible for keeping the operational engine running.
What You’ll Own
- Answer inbound calls and respond quickly to customer inquiries
- Schedule estimates and keep the sales calendar full and efficient
- Coordinate job schedules between customers, crews, and project managers
- Ensure jobs move from sale → production → completion without delays
- Track pipeline (unscheduled estimates, unsent estimates, active jobs)
- Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects
- Handle issues and keep customers informed when things go off track
- Help improve systems, processes, and operational flow

Schedule & Work Environment
- Work from our Gainesville office with some work from home flexibility
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional local field visits
Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Project scheduling: 2 years (Required)
