We are growing quickly in Southern New Hampshire and are hiring 2 driven Outside Sales Representatives to help us expand our territory.
The Opportunity
This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role focused on meeting homeowners, generating your own leads, and closing painting projects.
You will be the face of our company in the field—helping homeowners understand their options, providing estimates, and turning conversations into booked work.
This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and ability to close.

What You’ll Do
- Knock on doors and engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Generate and follow up on your own leads
- Conduct in-person estimates and present painting solutions
- Close sales and manage customer relationships through scheduling
- Build relationships with realtors, property managers, and referral partners
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy in the field
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets
What We’re Looking For

- Organized and able to manage their own schedule
Sales experience is helpful, especially in:
- Door-to-door sales
- Home services (painting, roofing, pest control, solar, etc.)
- Commission-based outside sales
But attitude, work ethic, and hunger matter most.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Field-based role within Southern New Hampshire
- Occasional evening flexibility based on customer availability
Territory
Must currently reside in Southern New Hampshire:
Manchester, Nashua, Merrimack, Salem, Derry, Londonderry, and surrounding areas.
(Some portions may include nearby MA border towns.)
No relocation candidates will be considered.
