ATTENTION ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS: Caden’s Painting is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team (Must be 18 ), As a painter In our painting crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior painting services to residential clients. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We work Monday through Thursday 10 hour days with weekends 100% off.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding as necessary
- Apply paint, using brushes and rollers
- Ensure an work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed after initial application
- No fear of heights, will need to be on ladders most of the day
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Good physical stamina and ability to Lift heavy materials when necessary
- Excellent communication stan for client interactions, prolesta

- No experience necessary as we do all in house training
