What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at McCullough Industries?
This position is responsible for the oversight and execution of painting process.
- Prepares material prior to paint process
- Performs set-coat painting functions
- Manually paints parts/ products in accordance with customer requirements
- Mixes paints properly in accordance with paint manufacturer’s specifications
- Knowledge of general computer programs
- Skilled at hand/eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Setting: Warehouse

- Physical Requirements:
- Warehouse environment; safety hazards present, refer to ergonomic assessment for specific requirements.
