Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to product development, including requirements derivation, hardware, software, and firmware integration.
- Support organizational process compliance and ensure technical integrity of deliverables.
- Utilize Digital Transformation tools, such as model-based engineering, test automation, and Agile practices, to drive innovation.
- Support hardware development from concept to product integration, ensuring project schedule and cost targets are met.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines and program teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or related), with 2 years of experience or a Master’s degree.
- Experience in hardware design, requirements derivation, and product integration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
