- Monitor, maintain, and improve equipment performance in collaboration with operations, engineering, and vendors.
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and software issues, and ensure efficient product flow.
- Support cycle time reduction by addressing tool inefficiencies and analyzing workstation performance.
- Conduct technical tests and experiments to support R&D semiconductor wafer fabrication.
- Set up and operate processing equipment, guiding line operators to ensure quality.
- Analyze test data, prepare reports, and assist engineering teams in resolving yield issues or validating new products.
- Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and prioritize production and development lots, escalating issues as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; STEM or military experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, lift 25-40 pounds, stand long periods, walk up to 5 miles per shift, and perform light assembly.
- Experience with SPC software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and identifying performance gaps for strategic improvements is advantageous.
