Senior Photo Process Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Photolithography Scanner Metrology Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced metrology solutions to enhance lithography performance in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key duties include

• driving improvements in overlay accuracy, alignment, and process control through data-driven analysis
• utilizing KLA metrology systems and diffraction-based overlay techniques
• partnering with process and equipment teams to troubleshoot overlay and alignment issues
• performing root cause analysis on overlay errors and process variability
  
  

Qualifications include

• 5 years of experience in scanner metrology, overlay, or lithography systems
• hands-on experience with KLA tools and overlay measurement techniques
• strong understanding of photolithography fundamentals
• problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  
  

Preferred skills encompass deep knowledge of lithography–metrology interaction, experience in high-volume manufacturing, familiarity with advanced metrology techniques, and proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, JMP, or MATLAB.
