- Operate hand and power tools such as saws, routers, nail guns, and drills for carpentry tasks.
- Frame, layout, and build floors, walls, roofs, and install siding, windows, and doors.
- Install electrical systems, and prepare homes for finish work like taping, mudding, and painting.
- Collaborate with team members, adhere to safety standards, and perform other assigned duties.
- Must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work, and proficient in English.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Basic construction knowledge, ability to read tape measures and blueprints, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting, and multitasking.
- Exposure to heat, cold, noise, and outdoor environments.
- Requires walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and using physical strength regularly.
- Must wear protective equipment and communicate effectively around construction tools and equipment.
