Produce Lead → Production Supervisor

Role Overview: This position leads daily department operations in a retail store, primarily in the absence of the department manager. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring product quality and freshness, supervising staff, and executing sales promotions and store standards. The role involves supporting staffing, training, performance management, and achieving company goals and key performance indicators.

Key Duties

• Order, maintain, and control inventory to minimize loss and ensure quality.
• Validate received products, oversee storage, and manage product rotation.
• Lead a team to complete stocking, production, and related tasks.
• Maintain product knowledge and support sales initiatives.
• Implement store plans, manage schedules, and support payroll and labor control.
• Uphold safety, food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience standards.
• Participate in meetings, communicate goals, and support department development.
• Assist in developing forecasts, monitor performance, and execute company standards.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership ability and understanding of retail operations and systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
