Overnight Forklift Operator

Role Overview: Responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage merchandise efficiently and safely. Tasks include pulling orders, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining equipment and facility cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and adhere to safety protocols
• Unload inbound shipments and load outbound trailers
• Pull and stage orders for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience; certification preferred
• Basic technical skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under supervision
  
  

Physical & Work Environment: Must frequently lift up to 75 pounds, walk, stand, crouch, bend, and reach. Able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
